Cooper Hill –
Pinot Noir 2016
Sale Price:  $15.99
Reg Price:  $21.99

Fall seems to be picking up speed and I’m really glad that we’ve seen a nice little warm up from the winter immersion of a couple of weeks ago!  I’ve been starting to hear people talking about Thanksgiving plans and would like to share a wine option that is a classic pairing with turkey and all the side dishes that may accompany it.  Cooper Hill Pinot Noir from Oregon is a great option due to its elegant balance of fruit and earthiness.  This pretty Pinot Noir is organic and sustainably grown and shows vibrant cherry, dark berry, raspberry and cranberry aromas that pair perfectly with harvest meals.  Good acidity and soft tannins won’t overpower turkey and the dried herb notes and spice will pair really well with all of the classic side dishes.  If you’re looking for a ‘no-brainer’ pairing, this is a great option!  Cheers!
