Superior’s Beer Blog of the Week

This time of year, many of us would usually be out grabbing a pint and singing some Irish drinking songs at the nearest pub. It might be a while until we can pick that up where we left off, though, so we’ll find ways to enjoy the spirit of the season at home.Lone Tree Brewing’s Irish Red ale is a great way to do that. It pours a deep, roasty chestnut color that shows seams of gleaming scarlet when you hold it up to the light. The nose is biscuity and floral, and the flavor is just as balanced. Sweet, almost fruity roasted malt up front and a clean, modestly hopped finish carry you through each sip and leave you wanting another. Stop in and grab a six pack or three. Yes, we’re open!
