The barrel that was picked out by our staff is a barrel strength version of Peach Streets five-year-old
bourbon. This is a single barrel and comes in at 127.8 proof. For all the high proof bourbon lovers it
drinks great neat, but a touch of water helps open the flavors. Some of the flavors you will find in this
