You may be pleasantly surprised by this Beaujolais Blanc which is a clean, crisp expression of Chardonnay, fermented with natural yeasts and aged in stainless steel tanks. Winemaker, Jean-Paul Brun, is a living legend in Beaujolais and his Terres Dorées (meaning “region of golden stones”) Domaine produces some of the finest organically-grown wines in the region. Jean-Paul destems the hand-harvested grapes, creating a refined and sophisticated style of wine. Apple, pear, and melon dusted with chalky minerality dance on the palate with balanced weight and acidity. This has long been one of my favorite unoaked Chardonnays and due to its versatility, would make the perfect wine for any hot Summer day! Cheers! Jamie
