Sustainable farming practices, and only organic fertilizers are utilized by the revolutionary Chiquet brothers, who have owned the property since 1974. Their Cuvée 742 is unlike other non vintage Champagne in that the best qualities of a given year are highlighted rather than hidden to create a uniform NV style.
