La Revue du Vin de France is a classification of the best wines of France. Six Champagne producers and only 56 domaines in all of France have received a three star distinction. When you think of the elite producers in Champagne, Jacquesson sits alongside Bollinger, Salon, and Selosse – all of which have achieved the coveted three stars. Sustainable farming practices, and only organic fertilizers are utilized by the revolutionary Chiquet brothers, who have owned the property since 1974. Their Cuvée 742 is unlike other non vintage Champagne in that the best qualities of a given year are highlighted rather than hidden to create a uniform NV style. The 742 blend is 59% Pinot Noir and Meunier and 41% Chardonnay. If you’re looking for a truly special sparkling wine this holiday season, look no further.
