Jaja Tequila

Introducing a new tequila from the Mountains of Jalisco, Mexico. Present in the name, Jaja (meaning Ha Ha in English) promotes love for family and community through laughter. Blue agaves, no less than 7 years old are hand-selected, cut and cooked in brick ovens for 32 hours. This process caramelizes the agave sugars creating abundant oil extraction during the 8-hour resting and 72-hour fermentation phases. The slow extraction process leads to a Tequila bursting from the bottle with flavor.  This spirit may be enjoyed straight or on the rocks, as a shot with some lime, or blended into a margarita; its applications are at your disposal, just make sure laughter is included.

Cheers!
