Nestled in the town of Cabot, Vermont, Cabot creamery opened its doors in 1919 and was founded as a cooperative of 94 farmers, which now to this day is owned and operated by 1800 farm families from the New England and New York areas. Just about every year since 1994, Cabot has walked away with numerous awards and accolades from the most prestigious cheese committees on a national and international level.
