Several months back I introduced you to Palacios, the first line of authentic Spanish chorizo to be imported into the U.S. This week I have another treat of theirs; Iberico chorizo.  Made from Iberico pigs that are indigenous to the Iberian Peninsula in southern Spain, this is one of the most sought after and expensive cuts of meat in the world and I’m delighted to have it on sale this week at only $10.99, usually $14.99!  Palacios are masters at curing, and they use simple ingredients; sea salt, smoked paprika and garlic- no nitrates or additives, just pure authentic flavor in every bite.  Just one slice and you will quickly be reaching back for another!  Be sure to serve this alongside some fresh bread and enjoy with a glass of red wine or an IPA.  Cheers and Bon Appetit!
