By definition, this wine is a huge and powerful force. When I first tasted this wine I was taken back by the intense fruit and decadent texture that consumed me as I conversely consumed it. This Cab consists of only hillside fruit from the Livermore Valley, Sierra Foothills, Alexander Valley and Lake Valley that provide the distinct ‘hillside’ flavor profile that is sultry and intense with layers upon layers of complexity. Anise and blackberries engulf the olfaction and are lusciously chased by vanilla, black currant and boysenberry. This big Cabernet will certainly warm you up while watching one of our fantastic sunsets and will undoubtedly accompany that hunk of beast you may be pulling from your grill. Cheers!
