Can we say that it’s officially Rosè season again? Maybe I’m a little early, but we are starting to see the 2018 vintage trickle in, and I can’t wait to share some of my new favorite pink wines! Prisma is a brand that has had my loyalty for many years and this is the first year that they are offering a Rosè. Made from 85% Pinot Noir and 15% Cinsault, this wine exudes a sophistication that I have come to expect from this fantastic Chilean producer. Bright flavors of strawberry, fresh grapefruit juice, and orange peel combine to create a palate that keeps you coming back for more. While Rosès pair with a wide variety of food, I would accompany this wine with strawberry balsamic glazed chicken or citrus grilled salmon.
