Creating wines that exemplify the potential for Argentina to be a major viticultural leader, José is focusing on single vineyard bottlings to express specific micro-climates through a minimal winemaking approach. “Temple” is one of the four single vineyard wines that we carry from Vaglio. Though I recommended that you try them all, Temple stands out in that it offers a hearty, savory side of Malbec which is rarely expressed by other wines in this category. Notes of rose petals, cocoa, plum, and blueberries balance the savory side of this wine perfectly.
