MateVeza Yerba Mate I.P.A. %7.0 A.B.V.
This beer combines yerba mate, a South American herbal tea, and of course cerveza, bringing us an organic brew dubbed MateVeza. The Yerba Mate I.P.A. is a one of a kind india pale ale. The tea adds to the richness of the color, body, and flavor. The color is a deep orange that burns red in the light. On the nose you get the overwhelming scent of herbal tea, and when combined with hops, a subtle sourness. The best thing about this beer is that the hops and the tea combine harmoniously to create a balanced I.P.A.. So, instead of having your palette overwhelmed by bitterness you get flavors of mate, fresh oranges, cloves and other spices. This naturally caffeinated brew is everything one needs in a beer. So, forget the coffee, and grab a MateVeza!

Bristol's Local 5 Ale 5.4% A.B.V.
Bristol's Local 5 Ale is a beer as balanced and as bold as the group of individuals it is brewed to support, the firefighters of Colorado Springs. This E.S.B., or extra special bitter, is everything it should be. Its rich mahogany color speaks for itself. On the nose you get notes of freshly ground coffee, roasted malts and toffee. The taste is complex, with a bright and refreshing beginning followed by a subtle bitterness that is quickly followed by a soft combination of mocha and semi-sweet chocolate. It truly is a balanced beer. Did I mention that when you buy this beer the brewery will donate 100% of the profits to the Colorado Springs Local 5? So show your support for the brave individuals that have taken it upon themselves to protect and serve the community and pick up a 22oz of Bristol's Local 5 today!
