Anderson Valley Summer Solstice Cerveza Crema Summer is in full swing, and so is the heat. This allows the young ones to have popsicles and ice-cream as an ice cold snack, but what about us adults? For the adults is something better; Anderson Valley Summer Solstice. It pours a clear copper color with a thin tan head. The mouth feel of the Summer Solstice is light, refreshing and creamy. This beer tastes like an orange creamsicle, especially when extra cold. I like putting the Summer Solstice in the freezer for about ten minutes before drinking, making it extra cold and refreshing on a hot day. Warning! Just remember to take it outof the freezer! This beer is perfect for those looking for a refreshing treat to help beat the heat. Bottoms up!
