Avery Brewing The Maharaja 10.54% A.B.V.
Avery's Maharaja is one mean brew. One of three from their dictator series, Maha will certainly put you in your place. With a beautifully clean amber/caramel hue, this lightly carbonated brew is accented beautifully with a ring of eggshell white bubbles. The aroma is a delightful combination of caramel, vanilla, sweet malts, pineapple and alcohol. The flavor of caramel combines with the sweet taste of alcohol to create an incredibly smooth mouth feel. Flavors of fresh citrus and hops create a lasting finish that helps distract you from the fact that the beer you're drinking is almost 11 percent.
